Maria Biscuit Atole

  1. 1 package of Maria Cookie
  2. 2 liters of whole milk
  3. 1 cup of Sugar (200 grams)
  4. 1 tablespoon cornflour
  5. 1 piece of cinnamon

How to make Maria biscuit Atole:

  • Below we present the ingredients that we will use for our María biscuit atole.
  • To start making the Mexican atole, place the milk in a deep saucepan, put it over medium heat and add the cinnamon.
  • Meanwhile, we put the Maria biscuits, sugar, cornstarch and a splash of milk in the blender, and blend everything perfectly well until there is a medium liquid paste. We reserved for a moment.
  • Once the milk with cinnamon boiled we added our Maria biscuit sauce and let it boil again. We move constantly to prevent it from sticking to the pan or burning and our typical Mexican drink tastes bad.
  • After approximately 15 to 20 minutes, we removed it from the heat and READY! We can now serve our delicious Maria cookie atole. Bon Appetite!
