Mango smoothie with Thermomix

Ingredients to make mango smoothie with Thermomix:

  • 400 grams of mango pulp
  • granulated sweetener
  • 6 pieces of Ice
  • 400 milliliters of skimmed milk

How to make mango smoothie with Thermomix:

  1. We start with the preparation of our fruit smoothie by placing the mango pulp in the glass along with the sweetener and ice. Program the Thermomix for 30 seconds at speed 4. If you see that the ice does not finish crushing, give it a few turbo blows.
  2. You can also add a handful of goji berries to boost the antioxidant properties of this milkshake.
  3. Next, add the milk and program again, but this time for 2 minutes at speed 9. When the machine stops, try the mango smoothie and correct the taste by adding a little orange juice or sweetener.
