Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients to make Mango Smoothie Bowl:

  1. For the mango smoothie:
  2. 1 piece of frozen Mango
  3. ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  4. ½ piece of Banana
  5. 1 cup of coconut water
  6. For the topping:
  7. ½ cup of Mango and pineapple in pieces
  8. ½ cup of Blueberries
  9. ¼ cup oats
  10. ¼ cup of grated coconut (25 grams)

  • Before starting to prepare the mango smoothie bowl, leave all the ingredients ready on the work table, so you will have them at hand and you will have this nutritious breakfast ready in less time. As you have been able to verify when reviewing the list, we will prepare a vegan smoothie bowl, since we will use coconut water instead of milk. However, you should know that you can also use oat milk, for example, or coconut milk.
  • To start the preparation, we put the mango, the pineapple pieces, and half the banana in the blender and proceed to blend the fruits well. It is very important that the pieces are completely frozen, as this will achieve the smoothie consistency we are looking for.
  • We are adding the coconut water in the mixture depending on the thickness that we want our rich mango smoothie bowl to have.
  • When we have reached the desired thickness, we serve the result in individual bowls and decorate by placing the pieces of fruit, oats, blueberries and grated coconut.
