Ingredients to make Mango Smoothie:

  1. 3 units of Ripe Mango
  2. 1 glass of milk
  3. ½ cup of precooked oat flakes
  4. 1 dessert spoon of Esplenda or sweetener

How to make Mango Smoothie:

  • The first thing to do for this delicious and healthy mango smoothie is to prepare all the ingredients.
  • Peel the mangoes and cut them into pieces.
  • Place the mangoes in the blender together with the milk and the splenda, blend.
  • Add the oats and continue blending until they are fully integrated into the mango smoothie.
  • Place the shake in the fridge and take it out when serving. If you want the mango shake to be colder, you can add ice to the preparation.
