Ceviche consists of cooking food with the action of certain citrus fruits, in any case, it is a marinade with spicy nuances that can be made from almost any ingredient. Ingredients to make Mango Ceviche:
- 2 units of Mango or Ripe Manga
- 2 units of Onion (purple or white)
- 3 units of Lemon
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce or tomato paste
- 1 handful of fresh coriander

How to make Mango Ceviche:

2.Peel and cut the mangoes into medium squares, if they are very ripe and fall apart when you cut them, you can shred them. Take all this pulp to a bowl and reserve.
