- 1 handle
- 1 cup of Instant Oats
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1½ cups skimmed milk
- 1 pinch of refined sugar, brown or sweetener (optional)
- 1 cup of Ice (optional)

- Place all the ingredients you need on the table to make this nutritious and refreshing mango and oat smoothie recipe. Measure the portions.
- Pour the milk and the peeled mango into the blender. Blend until these ingredients are integrated to continue making the mango and oat juice.

- Trick: If you prefer, you can use vegetable milk.
- Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend, that is, oats, honey, sugar and ice. Remember that sugar and ice are optional. If you wish, you can even add a touch of cinnamon.
- If the mixture is too thick, you can add more ice or milk. On the contrary, if it is very liquid, add more oats, honey and sugar. It all depends on your taste. Blend until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
