How to make Mango Almond Smoothie:
- To prepare our mango and almond smoothie, we will first peel and cut the mango into pieces.
- We will put the cut mango in the blender, the ground almonds, the skimmed milk, the yogurt, the vanilla extract, the lemon juice and the honey. Blend until it is a homogeneous compound without lumps.
