Ingredients to make Mango Almond Smoothie:

  1. 1 large handle
  2. 2 tablespoons of ground Almond
  3. 250 milliliters of skimmed milk
  4. 125 milliliters of skimmed natural yogurt
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. 2 tablespoons of honey
  8. 1 handful of Ice

How to make Mango Almond Smoothie:

  • To prepare our mango and almond smoothie, we will first peel and cut the mango into pieces.
  • We will put the cut mango in the blender, the ground almonds, the skimmed milk, the yogurt, the vanilla extract, the lemon juice and the honey. Blend until it is a homogeneous compound without lumps.
  • Finally, put the mango and milk smoothie in two glasses with a little ice, pour it over and serve immediately.
  • Tip: If you are not going to consume the mango smoothie right away, do not add the ice. Store in the fridge better.
