Ingredients to make pasta with malt:
- Half a kilo of ripe tomatoes
- a large onion
- A sprig of chives or (Chinese turnip)
- 2 garlic cloves
- a small paprika
- 2 malts
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Long paste or to your liking
How to make pasta with malt:
- All the ingredients are chopped into small squares and fried in oil to taste.
- After they are ready, the malts are placed and cooked for 5 minutes, to prevent the malt from evaporating.
