Ingredients to make pasta with malt:

  1. Half a kilo of ripe tomatoes
  2. a large onion
  3. A sprig of chives or (Chinese turnip)
  4. 2 garlic cloves
  5. a small paprika
  6. 2 malts
  7. Salt to taste
  8. pepper to taste
  9. Long paste or to your liking

How to make pasta with malt:

  • All the ingredients are chopped into small squares and fried in oil to taste.
  • After they are ready, the malts are placed and cooked for 5 minutes, to prevent the malt from evaporating.
