Mallorcan Sweet Herbs Liqueur

Ingredients to make Mallorcan Sweet Herbs Liqueur:

  • dried anise
  • sweet anise
  • 1 small donzell branch
  • 1 sprig small fresh lemon verbena
  • 1 small medlar leaf
  • 1 lemon leaf
  • 2 branches of young fennel
  • 2 rue bud
  • 2 juniper berry
  • 1 lemon rind (only the yellow part)
  • 2 units cracked walnut
  • 2 small sprigs of mint
  • 12 bean coffee

How to make Mallorcan Sweet Herbs Liqueur:

  1. Wash the aromatic herbs well, dry them carefully with a cloth and put them in a liter bottle along with the other ingredients.
  2. Pour the liquor into the bottle, cover well and leave to macerate for two months.
  3. After this time, transfer the liquor to another bottle.
  4. You can refill the bottle of herbs with anise, this way they will come out richer than the first ones because it will not be necessary to transfer them.
  5. To make dry herbs follow the same steps using only dry anise
