Ingredients to make Malagüeña almond soup:
- 200 grams of almonds
- 200 grams of garlic
- 50 grams parsley
- 100 grams of bread

How to make Malagüeña almond soup:
- The bread is crumbled (it must be from the town, settled), fried and placed in the mortar.
- In the same oil, fry some peeled almonds, garlic and parsley. They are added to the fried bread and everything is mashed with patience and rhythm, adding a few strands of saffron.
- In a saucepan with water, pour the mashed together with the remaining oil and let it boil for a few minutes.
- At the time of serving, a few squares of fried bread are thrown into the soup.
