Madrid Cream Recipe

Ingredients to make Madrid Cream:

  • 1 liter of broth
  • 2 handfuls of noodles
  • 4 tablespoons thick tomato sauce
  • Salt

How to make Madrid Cream:

  1. Put the broth on the fire, when it breaks the boil add the noodles in the form of rain.
  2. Stir and cook for five minutes, add the tomato sauce and boil for another five minutes
  3. Season with salt. Serve hot.
