- 1 liter of broth
- 2 handfuls of noodles
- 4 tablespoons thick tomato sauce
- Salt
How to make Madrid Cream:
- Put the broth on the fire, when it breaks the boil add the noodles in the form of rain.
- Stir and cook for five minutes, add the tomato sauce and boil for another five minutes
- Season with salt. Serve hot.
