- 1 sheet of nori seaweed

- The first step to make our pumpkin cream recipe is to pre-list the ingredients.
- Take the onion and pumpkin in medium pieces to a deep pot, cover with enough water and cook over medium heat.
- Add the lentils and cook these ingredients for approximately 20 minutes, add salt, pepper and if you want a little garlic. Turn off the heat once this time has elapsed and let cool.
