Ingredients to make Macerated Tuna:
- 600 grams of rice three delights
- 400 grams of tuna cubes
- 100 ml am willow
- Pepper
- olive oil
- salted
- Provencal herbs
How to make Macerated Tuna:
- We put the tuna cubes in a vol.
- Season it with salt and pepper and add the Provencal herbs and stir.
- Once it is well seasoned, we will add the soy sauce and let it marinate for an hour.
- We drain it, with a plate underneath to later recover the willow that we will use again later.
- We put a casserole with olive oil to heat.
- When it is very hot, we will add the tuna, browning it slightly.
- We remove the tuna and in the casserole we will put the rice three delights.
- And the soy sauce, which we recovered from the tuna.
- We remove everything well and let it cook for ten more minutes.
- We serve it and decorate it to our liking.
