Macerated tuna recipe

Ingredients to make Macerated Tuna:

  • 600 grams of rice three delights
  • 400 grams of tuna cubes
  • 100 ml am willow
  • Pepper
  • olive oil
  • salted
  • Provencal herbs

How to make Macerated Tuna:

  1. We put the tuna cubes in a vol.
  2. Season it with salt and pepper and add the Provencal herbs and stir.
  3. Once it is well seasoned, we will add the soy sauce and let it marinate for an hour.
  4. We drain it, with a plate underneath to later recover the willow that we will use again later.
  5. We put a casserole with olive oil to heat.
  6. When it is very hot, we will add the tuna, browning it slightly.
  7. We remove the tuna and in the casserole we will put the rice three delights.
  8. And the soy sauce, which we recovered from the tuna.
  9. We remove everything well and let it cook for ten more minutes.
  10. We serve it and decorate it to our liking.
