Ingredients to make Macedonian Smoothie:

  • 2 peaches in syrup
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup of currant
  • some ice cubes
  • 1 glass of water

How to make Macedonian Smoothie:

  1. Peel the bananas and kiwis and cut them together with the peaches into pieces. Place them in a bowl and add the raspberries and currants (reserve some currants and a slice of kiwi for garnish). Blend everything well with the help of a blender. Add the water, honey and two or three ice cubes and continue beating.
  2. Place it in some glasses or glasses, decorating it with some slices of kiwi and some currants. Serve it accompanied by a straw. Dish especially recommended for people with constipation, cholesterol problems or hypertension. Obese people, with kidney failure or diabetics should consume it in moderation.
