Macaroni with Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients to make Macaroni with stir-fry:

  1. 2 garlic cloves
  2. 200 grams of minced meat
  3. 300 grams of macaroni
  4. 2 tablespoons of Oregano
  5. 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  6. 1 unit of small green pepper
  7. 150 grams of grated cheese
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 500 grams of crushed natural tomato
  10. 30 cubic centimeters of Oil
  11. 1 teaspoon of sugar

How to make Macaroni and Stir-Fry:

  • We start the macaroni recipe by preparing the tomato sauce. To do this, we take a large frying pan and heat the oil. When it is hot, we sauté the garlic and the pepper, finely chopped.
  • After a few seconds, add the minced meat and fry everything together. Remember to move the preparation to prevent the ingredients from burning and the meat from being well separated. Once we see that the meat begins to cook, we add the crushed natural tomato, lower the heat and finish frying
  • Season with salt, oregano, parsley and a pinch of sugar to combat the acidity of the tomato. While the sauce is finished, cook the macaroni in plenty of water and a pinch of salt
  • When the macaroni is al dente, drain it and place it on a serving platter. Once the sauce is ready, we serve it on top of the pasta and sprinkle some grated cheese, or we serve it separately so that each diner can add the amount they want
  • And ready! We already have our macaroni and sauce ready to eat. You can accompany them with a green salad
