- 350 gr of macaroni
- a tray of mushrooms
- a tin of pate la herd or similar
- grated Parmesan cheese
- salted
- oil
- oregano

How to make Macaroni with Pate and Mushrooms:
- Boil the pasta in abundant water and salt.
- Cool and drain, in a frying pan, sauté the sliced mushrooms, add the tin of pate, salt and pepper, sauté for 5 min and add the macaroni, leave for 5 more min stirring with a wooden spoon, sprinkle a teaspoon of oregano and add the parmesan to taste
- Serve in a fountain.
