- 2 butter spoons

- 2 tablespoons of liquid cream

How to make Macaroni with mussels and curry sauce:
- Heat a liter of water in a tall pot for every 100 grams of pasta and a drizzle of olive oil.
- When it boils, add the salt, wait a minute for it to dissolve, then cook the pasta and stir.
- We keep the boil alive, but not excessive, that is not in gushes.
- When the pasta is cooked, remove it, drain and reserve.
- We cook the curry sauce in a separate casserole: We melt the butter in a small casserole.
- Add the flour, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Add the curry powder and milk. We season.
- Cook for ten minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add the liquid cream, and mix well.
- Open the mussels previously steamed and remove the meat, discarding the shell
- Heat the curry sauce with the mussels in a pan.
- Add the macaroni and sauté for one minute with the sauce, turning them so that the sauce is evenly distributed. We serve immediately; they have to be very warm.
