Macaroni with Mussels and Curry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients to make Macaroni with mussels and curry sauce:

  1. 250g macaroni

  4. 2 tablespoons of flour
  5. 2 butter spoons
  6. A quarter of a liter of milk
  7. 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
  8. 3 teaspoons curry powder

How to make Macaroni with mussels and curry sauce:

  • Heat a liter of water in a tall pot for every 100 grams of pasta and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • When it boils, add the salt, wait a minute for it to dissolve, then cook the pasta and stir.
  • We keep the boil alive, but not excessive, that is not in gushes.
  • When the pasta is cooked, remove it, drain and reserve.
  • We cook the curry sauce in a separate casserole: We melt the butter in a small casserole.
  • Add the flour, stirring with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the curry powder and milk. We season.
  • Cook for ten minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Add the liquid cream, and mix well.
  • Open the mussels previously steamed and remove the meat, discarding the shell
  • Heat the curry sauce with the mussels in a pan.
  • Add the macaroni and sauté for one minute with the sauce, turning them so that the sauce is evenly distributed. We serve immediately; they have to be very warm.
