Ingredients to make Macaroni with cuttlefish:
- 500 gr. of macaroni
- 500 gr. cuttlefish
- 500 gr. of ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 glass of white wine
- salt
How to make Cuttlefish Macaroni:
- Clean the cuttlefish and cut them into small strips.
- In a casserole, fry them for a few minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula.
- Drizzle with the white wine and, when it evaporates, add the crushed tomatoes, skinless and seedless, and the onion.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook over moderate heat until the cuttlefish are cooked, adding a little hot water if necessary.
- Cook the pasta (al dente) in abundant boiling water, somewhat salty.
- Drain and season with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
