Macaroni with Cuttlefish Recipe

Ingredients to make Macaroni with cuttlefish:

  1. 500 gr. of macaroni
  2. 500 gr. cuttlefish
  3. 500 gr. of ripe tomatoes
  4. 1/2 onion
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  7. 1 sprig of parsley
  8. 1 glass of white wine
  9. salt

How to make Cuttlefish Macaroni:

  • Clean the cuttlefish and cut them into small strips.
  • In a casserole, fry them for a few minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula.
  • Drizzle with the white wine and, when it evaporates, add the crushed tomatoes, skinless and seedless, and the onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper and cook over moderate heat until the cuttlefish are cooked, adding a little hot water if necessary.
  • Cook the pasta (al dente) in abundant boiling water, somewhat salty.
  • Drain and season with the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
