Macaroni in Black Beer Sauce Recipe

Ingredients to make Macaroni in black beer sauce:

  1. 500 grams of macaroni
  2. 3 onion, finely sliced
  3. 100 grams of margarine
  4. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  5. 200 grams of tomato, puree
  6. 200 grams of beef or beef, the concentrate
  7. 250 ccs of black beer
  8. 150 grams of Parmesan cheese

How to make Macaroni in Stout Sauce:

  • Melt the margarine together with the garlic.
  • Add the onion and cook for a few minutes until it crystallizes.
