Ingredients to make Macaroni and Cheese:
- 400 grams of macaroni
- 100g onion
- 10 tablespoons of oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 little cheeses
- 1 sprig of parsley
- salted
- Pepper
How to make Macaroni and Cheese:
- Cook the macaroni in water and salt.
- In a bowl, crush the cheese and oil with a fork.
- Finely chop the parsley and onion and add it to the cheeses.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix well until you get a cream.
- Drain the macaroni, without cooling.
- Put them back in the saucepan, season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
- Add the cream, mix and serve.
