Lumberjack Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients to make Lumberjack Spaghetti:

  1. 90 gr., a can of tuna
  2. 1 can of mushrooms of 250 gr.
  3. pitted olives
  4. 4 zucchini
  5. 1 cube of meat broth
  6. oil
  7. 1 chilli
  8. 400 gr. of spaghetti
  9. 1 onion.

How to make Lumberjack Spaghetti:

  • Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
  • Put it in a saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of oil and cook over low heat.
  • Add the shredded tuna and, after a few minutes, add the mushrooms cut in half, a tip of chilli pepper and the shredded bouillon cube.
  • Cook slowly to thicken.
  • Meanwhile, fry the zucchini, cut into pieces, in plenty of oil, placing them on a sheet of absorbent paper to absorb excess fat.
  • Add them to the sauce, along with the olives.
  • Let this sauce rest for a few hours.
  • At lunchtime, boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water.
  • Drain them and season them with the sauce that will have been previously heated.
