Ingredients to make Lulada:
- 8 units of lulo.
- 3 units of lemons.
- 100 grams of white sugar or stevia if we want to make it healthier.
- 500 ml of drinking water.
How to make Lulada:
- To start making our lulada recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients. To start with, this is a fruit that is found in Colombia and Ecuador, but today we can find it in large market places in any city, since it is exported a lot to other countries so be encouraged to get it, it’s really delicious.
- Peel the lulos and cut them into wedges. Take half to a bowl, the other half of the lulos reserve them.
- Process or blend the lulos that are in the bowl with the water and the juices of the three lemons. Add the sugar or stevia and mix well until all the ingredients are integrated.
- Add to the glasses half of the lulos that we had reserved as shown in the photo that is the base of the lulada. Add the mixture from the previous step to the glass to make the lulada.
- Serve our lulada with ice and a lemon wedge decorating the glass. Ideally, drink the preparation and at the end eat the lulo pulp that remains in the bottom.
