Ingredients to make Luis Black Noodles:
- 1 unit onion
- 2 green peppers (for frying)
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 slices lean bacon
- 4 unit sausage
- 2 ud bacon rib in strips
- 1 unit black sausage
- 300 gr noodles
- 1 beef broth cube
- salted
- oil
How to make Luis Black Noodles:
- I dedicate this recipe to my friend LUIS COMA, since he was actually the inventor of this exquisite recipe.
- Chop the onion and the peppers and fry them, add the bacon, the ribs and the sausages and then add the grated tomato and leave over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Then add the black sausage cut into pieces and wait for it to dissolve, add a glass of water along with the meat stock cube and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
- Add 3 or 4 more glasses of water and let it boil for 10 m over low heat so that the seasonings mix well and add the noodles and let it boil over low heat for 10-12 m.
