Loin with Onion Recipe

Ingredients to make Loin with onion:

  1. 4 loin steaks
  2. 1 unit of onion
  3. 1 small glass of white wine
  4. 1 tablespoon of Oil
  5. 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make loin with onions:

  • Making this loin with onion is very easy, the first thing you have to do is cut the onion into thin slices or julienne, as you like.

  • Heat a pan with oil and fry the onion until it starts to brown, keep an eye on the heat so they don’t burn prematurely. When they have changed color, remove from the pan and reserve.
  • Next, season the loin steaks with salt and pepper to taste and sear the meat in the same pan where the onion has been sautéed. Add more oil if necessary, but it doesn’t have to be much.
  • When the fillets are browned, add the white wine to the pan and let it reduce over medium-high heat.
  • Serve the loin with onion, placing a couple of pieces of meat and bathing with the reserved onion. You can accompany with vegetable rice or yellow rice with turmeric. Bon Appetite!
