Ingredients to make Loin with cream sauce and Roquefort:

  1. 1 beef loin
  2. 250 grams of Roquefort cheese
  3. 200 ccs of liquid cream
  4. 2 tablespoons onion
  5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 8 pitted black plums
  7. 50 ml of oil
  8. 75 grams of butter
  9. 1 glass of white wine

How to make Loin with cream sauce and Roquefort:

  • Clean the loin of fat well, season to taste and rub it with butter.
