Loin and cheese sandwich recipe

The loin and cheese sandwich is a delicious combination that few can resist. It is a gourmet sandwich made with Camembert cheese, designed for lovers of good cuisine without many complications. Follow the step by step of this easy recipe and prepare a sandwich that you can offer as dinner or weekend lunch, in an elegant, original and exquisite way!

Ingredients to make Loin and Cheese Sandwich:

  • 1 kilogram of beef tenderloin
  • 1 unit of camembert cheese
  • 1 unit of red onion
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley
  • 1 glass of black sauce
  • 1 glass of red wine
  • 2 teaspoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 unit of French bread or bagget
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano

How to make Tenderloin and Cheese Sandwich:

1.Our first step to make the loin and cheese sandwich recipe is to pre-list the ingredients. Keep in mind that you can use classic or flavored mayonnaise like avocado mayonnaise or a spicy one like sriracha mayonnaise.

2.On a baking sheet, cut the bread and add a little butter and the cheese in squares as shown in the photograph. Then, add a little black pepper on top and take it to the oven at 120ºC. Until cheese melts evenly.

3.Meanwhile, bring a pan to medium heat with the sunflower oil and once hot. Add the loin with a little salt, pepper and oregano or any spice of your choice. Cook the meat on both sides, remember not to turn the meat so much so that it does not dehydrate so quickly.

4.Add the wine and black sauce to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the liquids are reduced by half.

5.Turn off the heat and add the fresh parsley on top.

7.Add the strips of beef tenderloin and some onion rings as shown in the photo. If you want you can add mayonnaise to each of the breads to give an extra creamy touch.
