Light salad with fruit recipe

Ingredients to make light salad with fruit:

  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 apple
  • ½ Bunch of Grapes
  • 2 oranges
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 Handle
  • 1 banana
  • Corn
  • Oil
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 1 Carrot
  • A pinch of parsley

How to make Light Fruit Salad:

Wash the lettuce well and cut it into strips. It is advisable to let it soak for a couple of minutes, then drain and leave in the bowl where the salad is going to be prepared. An orange is cut into two halves and one of them is set aside to later prepare the dressing.

Now we peel the mango, the rest of the oranges, the banana, and the apple and cut them into small cubes.

The carrot is preferably cut into strips. The grapes, we can cut them in halves, in quarters, or leave them whole depending on the size. Mix everything with the lettuce, add the corn and season with parsley. We prepare the dressing: We squeeze the half orange and the half lemon and mix it in a glass.

The ideal ratio would be two parts of orange for each one of lemon. Add a tablespoon of oil and a little sugar. We mix everything and enjoy!
