Light pickled sole recipe

Ingredients to make light pickled sole:

  • 1 kg of boneless filleted sole
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • A knob of salted butter
  • Spices: hot paprika and oregano
  • A cup of apple cider vinegar

How to make light pickled sole:

  1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Paint a baking dish with olive oil and place the fish.
  3. Mix the chopped garlic, a teaspoon of oregano and the vinegar in a bowl and pour it over the fish, brush the fillets with butter and put in the oven at 200º for about 15 min.
  4. A few minutes before removing it from the oven, sprinkle with paprika.
  5. You already have it, it’s fast, healthy and low in fat.
