- 1 unit of white onion
- 200 milliliters of beef broth
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 30 milliliters of olive oil
- 1 pinch of dried oregano
- 1 pinch of salt

- Before making this healthy and light recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a pot, with olive oil over low heat, cook the onion and garlic previously cut into medium squares until soft.
