Light garlic soup recipe

Ingredients to make light garlic soup:

  • 20 roasted garlic cloves (remove the green shoot if they have it)
  • 1 l (1000 cc) vegetable broth
  • 2 slices of black lactal bread without crust
  • 25 ml of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sweet Spanish paprika
  • fresh oregano leaves

How to make light garlic soup:

  1. In a blender place the garlic with ½ liter of broth and the breadcrumbs and blend at maximum speed.
  2. Add the rest of the broth and cook about 4 minutes.
  3. Add the oil, sweet paprika and pepper.
  4. Serve piping hot with a few fresh oregano leaves.
