Ingredients to make Light Broccoli Cream:
- 200 grams of Broccoli
- 80 grams of white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 500 milliliters of vegetable broth
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Light Broccoli Cream:
- Before making this light cream with broccoli, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a pot, cook the broccoli florets in the vegetable broth over low heat for 25 minutes. You can buy the broth ready-made, make it with water and a concentrated pill, or make it at home with the vegetable broth recipe.
- If you don’t follow a vegetarian diet you can also use basic chicken broth.
- Separately, in a frying pan with oil, fry the onion and finely chopped garlic until golden brown.
