  • 200 grams of Broccoli
  • 80 grams of white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Light Broccoli Cream:

  1. Before making this light cream with broccoli, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pot, cook the broccoli florets in the vegetable broth over low heat for 25 minutes. You can buy the broth ready-made, make it with water and a concentrated pill, or make it at home with the vegetable broth recipe.
  3. If you don’t follow a vegetarian diet you can also use basic chicken broth.
  4. Separately, in a frying pan with oil, fry the onion and finely chopped garlic until golden brown.
  5. It is time to blend the broth with the broccoli until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Then add the fried onion and garlic and repeat the procedure.
