Lettuce salad with mustard recipe
Ingredients to make Lettuce Salad with Mustard:
- 3 tablespoons corn oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 1 cooked egg yolk
- 1 large lettuce
- Salt
- Pepper-to-taste
How to make Mustard Lettuce Salad:
Wash the lettuce with plenty of water and lemon juice. At the time of serving, cut it into large pieces and place them in a salad bowl. In a small bowl mix the ingredients to make a dressing. Stir until yolk is fully incorporated.
Pour sauce over lettuce and toss lightly. Serve immediately to prevent the lettuce from wilting.
