Lettuce salad with apple and raisins recipe

Ingredients to make Lettuce Salad with Apple and Raisins:

  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 green apple
  • 50 grams of grated celery
  • 200 grams of feta cheese
  • 60 grams of pitted green olives
  • 1 handful of sultanas raisins
  • 1 handful of salad seeds
  • 1 can of mackerel in oil
  • 1 handful of croutons
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 splash of vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Lettuce Salad with Apple and Raisins:

We cut and wash the lettuce to disinfect it. We centrifuge it and reserve it. To do this, we can use a centrifuge or a conventional drainer.

While it drains, wash the apple, remove the core and cut it into cubes that we put in a large bowl. Drain the olives and add them to the lettuce salad with apple.

We also put the grated and drained celery, and remove the oil from the mackerel, crumble it slightly and add it.

Put the drained lettuce, a handful of raisins and another of salad seeds and season with oil, salt and vinegar to your liking. Mix very well so that the dressing takes.

Before serving, we cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it together with a handful of croutons.
