Ingredients to make Lettuce Gazpacho:
- The green leaves of 2 or 3 lettuces
- 2 or 3 goat milk or soy yogurts
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Lettuce Gazpacho:
- Place all the ingredients in the blender glass (mixer) with a little water and proceed to grind them until they form a homogeneous cream.
- Season with salt and pepper and season with a splash of oil and a few drops of vinegar.
