Lettuce Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make Lettuce Gazpacho:

  • The green leaves of 2 or 3 lettuces
  • 2 or 3 goat milk or soy yogurts
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Lettuce Gazpacho:

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender glass (mixer) with a little water and proceed to grind them until they form a homogeneous cream.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and season with a splash of oil and a few drops of vinegar.
