Ingredients to make Lettuce and Tomato Salad with Oregano:

  • 200 g of Creole lettuce
  • 200 g of well washed tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped fresh oregano
  • Salt to taste

How to make Lettuce and Tomato Oregano Salad:

Wash well and drain the lettuce leaves, cut into strips, cut the tomatoes into wedges or cubes. In a salad bowl, place the lettuce first and then the tomatoes.

Prepare a dressing with the oil, oregano and salt, beat with a fork and sprinkle the vegetables just before serving.
