Lentils with pork recipe

Ingredients to make lentils with pork:

  • 1 kilo of lentil
  • 500 grams of pork (with a little fat)
  • 1 onion (chopped into cubes)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 cup of white cooking wine
  • Salt to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil

 

How to make Lentils with Pork:

1. Wash the lentils well and in a pot with water and salt, boil them until they soften and reduce the water, (they are not too liquid and not too dry) to slightly thick, while in a pan fry the onion first until it is crystallized and remove it, put it aside and then in the same pan add the garlic, lightly brown remove and add it to the onion set aside, cook the pork, in the same pan with salt and pepper brown and add the onion and garlic that were set aside, add the white wine wait for is absorbed a little, remove from the heat, once the lentils are ready, pour the pork into the pot of lentils, stir well and serve.
