  • 250g lentils
  • 100g green beans
  • 100g corvette
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Curry

How to make Lentils with Green Beans, Carrots, and Curry:

1. First we chop the onion and the pepper very small and sauté in a pan. When it is golden, add the parsley, the minced garlic, the carrot, and the peeled and chopped tomato.

2. Then wash well and add the lentils, cover with water and let it cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add the beans and season with salt, cumin, and a teaspoon of curry.

4. When the curried lentils with vegetables have been cooking for about 15 minutes, add the clean and chopped zucchini and cook for 10 more minutes.
