Lentils with chicken and ham recipe

  • 2 handfuls of pardon lentils
  • 100 grams of onion
  • 100 grams of Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon Herbs de Provence
  • ½ tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of fried tomato
  • 1 bouillon concentrate tablet
  • 150 grams of Serrano ham
  • 2 chicken breast fillets

How to make Lentils with Chicken and Ham:

1. Before starting with the preparation of the recipe for stewed lentils with vegetables, chicken, and ham, we present the ingredients that make it up.

2. The night before we put the lentils to soak. In case you forget, when you are going to make them, add a teaspoon of baking soda. They will take a little longer to cook but they will cook.

3. The next day, we place the pressure cooker, cover the bottom with olive oil, and heat it slightly. Then, we add the half tablet of concentrate, the Provencal herbs, and the ground garlic.

4. Chop the onion into not very small pieces and add it to the pot so that it browns quickly.
