Ingredients to make Lentils with chard:

  • 350 grams of pardon lentils
  • 1 bunch of Swiss chard
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of green pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons of fried tomato
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 onion
  • 1 splash of oil
  • 1 dessert spoonful of salt

How to make Lentils with chard:

1. Wash the vegetables, cut the carrot into pieces and add them to the pot. Cut the bell pepper into 2-3 pieces, the tomato in half, peel and cut the onion also in half and add all these ingredients to the pot. Peel the garlic and add it whole, add the fried tomato and a good splash of oil. Turn on the heat and fry everything together for a few minutes.
