LENTILS Recipe

Ingredients to make LENTILS:

  • 1 KILO OF SOAKED LENTILS
  • 150 FRESH BACON
  • 1 PIG OR BULL TAIL
  • 150 SAUSAGE
  • 150 BLACK SAUSAGE OR ONION MORCILLA
  • 100 OF LEEK
  • 1 GREEN PEPPER
  • 2 GARLIC
  • 2 BAY LEAVES
  • SWEET PAPRIKA

How to make LENTILS:

2.Put in a pan with oil, the leek, the green pepper that we have cut into pieces. Then we add the fresh bacon so that it takes on flavor and we also add the pieces of tail and let it cook for about 10 minutes, when it is all added the chorizo, the black sausage and the soaked lentils and the bay leaf we put it all together and add the water and cook for 30 minutes.
