Ingredients to make Lentil Tacos:
- For 16 tacos
- 16 packed tacos
- 1/2 kilo of lentils
- 16 slices of cheese or 1/2k granulated cheese
- 2 sauces of 340 gr
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- minced garlic to taste
- cumin to taste
- 1 paprika
- 1 large onion
How to make Lentil Tacos:
1. Soak the lentils the night before. Cook them with salt to gut, drain them and grind them (it can be mini primer), reserve.
2. Chop onion into squares together with the paprika and fry.
3. Add the latter to the lentils and incorporate everything, add cumin, salt, and ground garlic.
4. In a saucepan, empty the tomato sauces and add the tomatoes in small squares and cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Take one block at a time and add 1 sheet of cheese and on top of it, two tablespoons of the lentil mixture and roll up to close.
6. So with the 16 tacos and place them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and add the sauce over the tacos and serve.
7. The other option, if using granulated cheese, add the cheese to the sauce, stirring as it melts.
8. When ready (all the cheese melted), add over the tacos.
9. In this case, it is not necessary to place the tacos in the oven for so long, since the cheese is added along with the sauce.
