Ingredients to make lentil salad with prawns:
- 250 grams of cooked lentils
- 1 unit of Carrot
- ½ unit of Onion
- 1 unit of Tomato
- ½ unit of green pepper
- 100 grams of cooked corn
- 6 units of cooked prawns
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 dash of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make Lentil Salad with Prawns:
We gather all the ingredients to make the lentil salad with prawns. First, wash the lentils with water and let them drain. We put them in a salad bowl.
Peel the carrot, cut it into small squares and add it to the salad bowl. The carrot is perfect for summer as its beta-carotene helps us maintain and enhance our tan. It is time to add the sweet corn to our lentil and prawn salad.
Wash the pepper and cut it into squares. In the same way, we cut the spring onion and add it to the salad as well. If you don’t like green pepper you can replace it with red or yellow pepper. Peel the tomato and chop it in the same way, into small squares. We add it to the salad.
Finally, we peel the prawns and add them to the whole or chopped lentil salad. Dress the lentil salad with prawns with a little vinegar, salt and olive oil and it’s ready to eat!
