Lentil Roast Recipe

Ingredients to make Roast Lentils:

  • 2 cups of boiled lentils
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk or broth
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cups whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion cut
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Parsley
  • Sea salt

How to make Lentil Roast:

1.Sauté the garlic with the onion in the oil.

2. Grind the lentils and add the other ingredients, also the garlic and onion.

3. Oil a roasting pan and place the dough obtained by cooking it in a strong oven for forty-five minutes.
