  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 800 milliliters of water (3⅓ cups)

How to make Lentils with Thermo mix:

1. Making these lentils in the Thermo mix is extremely easy, but the truth is that we cannot ask the machine for everything, so the first step before plugging it in will be to prepare the ingredients. Then, finely chop the onion and the pepper, the carrot and the chorizo in slices, and the potato in cubes or small squares.

If you prefer to make vegan stewed lentils, you can easily remove chorizo from the list of ingredients.

2. Remember that the lentils must be soaked the day before, then, on the day of preparation, rinse well and drain. If you have fresh and good-quality lentils, it will be enough to soak them for a couple of hours; otherwise, it is important that you leave them longer so that they do not get hard.

3. With everything ready, you just have to add the lentils to the Thermo mix together with all the ingredients on the list. Program at spoon speed with a left turn, a temperature of 100 ºC, and a time of 30-35 minutes. Let the machine do its job and you’re good to go.

4. After that time, check the seasoning and that the vegetables are tender, rectify the flavor if necessary and serve yourself a good plate of lentils in the Thermo mix. Bon Appetite!
