Ingredients to make Lentils, with potatoes and pumpkin:

  • 250g of lentils
  • two potatoes
  • 250g pumpkin
  • a head of garlic
  • A sausage
  • a bay leaf
  • peppercorns
  • A nail
  • cumin
  • Nut
  • nutmeg
  • A garlic
  • a ripe tomato
  • a green bell pepper
  • Half an onion
  • Olive oil
  • Food coloring
  • A cube of chicken broth

How to make Lentils, with potatoes and pumpkin:

1.Let the lentils soak overnight.

2.In a medium pot of water, add the lentils, once cooked.

3.Add the tomato, the pepper and the onion, all very finely chopped.

4.Add the head of roasted garlic, the bay leaf, the broth paste and a splash of oil.

5.About fifteen minutes later.

6.Add the pumpkin and about fifteen minutes later the diced potatoes.

7.In the mortar, crush garlic, a few grains of pepper, the clove, cumin and nutmeg.

8.Add a little water to the mashed and pour into the pot.

9.Add food coloring and salt to taste.

10.A few minutes before removing the pot from the heat, add the chopped chorizo.
