Lentil recipe for children

  • 1 cup of brown rice (200 grams)
  • 1 cup of Lentils
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of tomato paste
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 1 unit of Tomato
  • 1 unit of red pepper

How to make Lentils for kids:

1.The first thing you should do is get the entire ingredients ready, remember that you should wash the lentils very well and leave them in water the night before.

2.Cook the egg in cold water and when the water begins to boil count 10 minutes, after this time remove the egg, peel and reserve it.
