Ingredients to make Cream of Lentils with bacon:
- 1 cup(s) lentils
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1 pc. onion
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped bacon
- 1 tsp. ground garlic
- 1 tsp. Tomato paste
- 1 tsp. unprepared flour
- 1 liter Water
- 1 pc. double chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 squares of fried bread
How to make Lentil Cream with Bacon:
- Parboil the lentils in water and when they are cooked, pass them through the blender, forming a puree.
- Brown the chopped bacon in the margarine, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, tomato paste, the liter of water, double broth and purée; the flour dissolved in a little cold water, let it boil for 1 minute.
