Lentil Cream Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Lentil Cream Soup:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 onions, chopped (4 cups)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 carrots, peeled and grated (3 cups)
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup dried lentils, cleaned and rinsed
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 3 cups of water
  • 200g of milk cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • To decorate:
  • fresh celery leaves

How to make Lentil Cream Soup:

  1. In a large pot, heat the oil, add the onion, garlic, and carrots, and sauté for a few minutes.
  2. Add the celery, lentils, broth and water, and wait for it to come to a boil.
