Lentil Burgers Recipe

Ingredients to make Lentil Burgers:

  • 300 grams of Lentils
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 3 units of white onion
  • 150 grams of vegan breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • 100 grams of fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Lentil Burgers:

1.To start making our lentil burger recipe, the first step is to pre-list all the ingredients. Remember that you must hydrate the lentils from the night before preparation.

2.Transfer the hydrated lentils to a medium saucepan. Add a little salt to taste and cook over medium-high heat for about 20 to 30 minutes.

3.Drain and let the lentils cool to room temperature. Add the white onion in hulls and process everything with the help of a mixer or a blender.
