Lentil and rice burger recipe

  • 2 cups of cooked lentils
  • 2 cups of cooked brown rice
  • 4 teaspoons of whole meal flour
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
  • 1 egg

How to make Lentil and Rice Burgers:

1.Before starting to make the recipe for healthy hamburgers, you must prepare all the ingredients.

2.Transfer cooked brown rice and cooked lentils to a food processor or blender. Process until a unified dough is achieved.

Tip: To cook both the rice and the lentils, follow the instructions on the package.

3.Take the preparation of the previous step to a deep bowl; add the grated white onion and the white onion.

4.Add the whole meal flour, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper and garlic paste to taste. Mix the ingredients well and watch how thick dough forms.
